Rancher's Roost provides a variety of quality meals at affordable prices including a children's menu for smaller appetites. Rancher's Roost offers daily specials, take-out orders, and advance call-in orders for large groups are welcome!

Our Banquet room has lots of windows, lots of light and an extraordinary view! The Banquet room seats up to 100 people and Rancher's Roost Café offers customized menus for individual event needs.

Banquet Room Rates:

If you choose to have your banquet event catered by Rancher's Roost - the room rental is at no charge.

• Rental of the Banquet Room without café food and beverage service is $50 per hour for the first hour, and $30 for every hour after that.  Charges apply to customer set up and clean up time.
  
• Rancher's Roost Café and Cliff Lanes Entertainment Center support the Wet Mountain Valley Community.  We offer the Banquet Room to non-profit organizations with a 501c3 at no charge. Valid 501c3 identification for the group must be on file or presented to management prior to the event.

• There will be no charge for businesses that use the banquet room for meetings when purchasing food and beverage from the cafe.

• A group of 8 or more people is welcome to use the banquet room.  Smaller groups may meet inside the cafe at the larger tables that may be reserved in advance.

• A damage deposit is required for paid banquet room use.  A $50 deposit will be collected at the beginning of the event and returned to the event contact within 24 hours of the event provided that there are no assessed damage charges. 
  
• The Cliff Lanes Bowling Center can be closed to the public during a special event for a 3 hour period of time for a fee of $300.

• Servers are provided for your catered banquet event with a 18% gratuity added to the final bill.
  
• We offer special bowling rates and pricing for Special Event banquet customers the day or night of the event.

A 14-day advance booking is required for the Banquet Room. No outside food or beverages are allowed in the Banquet Room with the exception of celebration cakes for special event.
