Our Banquet room has lots of windows, lots of light and an extraordinary view! The Banquet room seats up to 100 people and Rancher's Roost Café offers customized menus for individual event needs.

Banquet Room Rates & Terms of Use:

A group of eight or more people may use the banquet room facility.  Groups of eight or less people may meet inside the cafe at larger tables that may be reserved in advance.

 

Rental of the banquet room is $50 per hour for the first hour, and $30 for every hour after that.  Charges begin at set-up and end at final clean up.

When event expenses incurred at Rancher’s Roost Café are in excess of the calculated event rental fee, total expenses will be reflected and deducted from the original rental fee.

Rancher's Roost Café and Cliff Lanes Entertainment Center support the Wet Mountain Valley Community, and offers the banquet room to non-profit organizations with a 501c3 at NO charge. Valid 501c3 identification for the group must be on file or presented to management prior to the event.

Rancher’s Roost Café provides servers for catered banquet events.  An 18% gratuity will be added to the final bill.

 

A damage deposit is required for paid banquet room use.  A $50 deposit will be collected at the beginning of the event and returned to the event contact within 24 hours of the event provided that there are no assessed damage charges.

 

The Cliff Lanes Bowling Center can be closed to the public during a special event for a 3 hour period of time for a fee of $300. Special bowling rates and pricing for Special Event banquet customers the day or night of the event.

A 14-day advance booking is required for the Banquet Room. No outside food or beverages are allowed in the Banquet Room with the exception of celebration cakes for special event.
